Some folks in Cleveland are having trouble dealing with LeBron James’ first NBA title.

Cavs owner Dan Gilbert's reaction to seeing his former star LeBron James win his first ring was rather tame compared to a local Cleveland weatherman.

While Gilbert - who famously called LeBron disloyal and narcissistic in an open letter to Cleveland fans - took to Twitter to congratulate both the Heat and Thunder "for an exciting finals", WEWS-TV meteorologist Mark Jackson flipped out on air Thursday night after the Heat dominated Game 5 to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder for the NBA title.

In the midst of telling his viewers there was rain in the forecast, he mentioned the possibility of thunder, but added "thunder's not the main thing here."

As he turned toward the green screen to complete his thought, he quickly turned back to the camera, chuckling before repeating his comment, clearly acknowledging the irony.

"Can't help it; Heat, Thunder, it's all weather!" he exclaimed.

He adjusted his tie and attempted to return to the forecast, but his mind was clearly elsewhere.

"No thunder, son of a gun," he said.

It was all downhill from there.

"You know, if we could've used some thunder, it was tonight huh? We could've used some thunder! Nothing, nothing ... and the heat! Lots of heat, no thunder," Jackson ranted.

With both hands on his hips, he told his co-workers that he was almost finished. He told them he had two minutes left, before saying "I'm on fire here."

He was, but not in a good way.

It was a rough night for the WEWS-TV crew, and Cavs fans everywhere. But they do have the NBA Draft to look forward to, and Gilbert is apparently relying more on the fans than GM Chris Grant for draft input.

"OK @cavs fans. Draft only 6 days away," he tweeted Friday. "I asked you about your views of #4 and #24, but Cavs have two more. Who do we take at #33 and #34?"
