The Orlando Magic recently fired their head coach Stan Van Gundy and general manager Otis Smith after a season in which they were bounced in the first round and their star player mailed it in.
The Magic in their search for a replacement are targeting executives from the two teams in the Western Conference Finals.
Yahoo! Sportsâ Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the Magic are interested in Thunder vice president and assistant general manager Troy Weaver as well as assistant general manager Rob Hennigan.
Weaver has risen to the number two man under Thunder GM Sam Presti and was one of the people pushing hard to draft Russell Westbrook with the fourth pick in the 2008 NBA Draft.
