â€" Kristi Toliver scored 21 points and DeLisha Milton-Jones became the ninth WNBA player to reach 5,000 points, but the Sparks lost to the Tulsa Shock, 91-75, Tuesday night.

The Sparks (10-5) lost for the second consecutive game and lost by 16 points or more for the third time this season. Candace Parker was held to two points on one-for-six shooting.

Rookie Riquana Williams scored a season-high 27 points and Ivory Latta had 21 to lead the Shock (2-11), which got its second win in the last 12 meetings against the Sparks. Williams' total was a WNBA rookie high this season and helped the Shock win for the second time in four games after opening the season with nine losses.

Williams' three-point basket gave the Shock a 23-12 lead after one quarter. Tulsa had a 19-7 run over the final eight minutes of the second quarter to extend its advantage to 48-25 at halftime. It was the Shock's largest lead at the break, topping their six-point advantage against Phoenix on May 22.

The 25 points in the first half were a season low for the Sparks.

The Sparks pulled to within 13 points midway through the third quarter, but Tulsa finished the period on a 14-2 run to regain control.

Milton-Jones reached the scoring milestone on an inside basket in the second quarter.
