HARRAH, Okla. - A high school teacher and Oklahoma City Thunder PA announcer was arrested for the suspected child abuse of his three children Thursday.
Harrah man James Miller was booked into an Oklahoma County jail Thursday night on three counts of lewd or indecent acts with a child under the age of 16.
Miller's 8-year-old son told a DHS forensic interviewer that his father would "call him into his bedroom and would sit naked in front of the computer and look at pornography" while making the child watch, according to an affidavit.Â
Miller's two daughters, 18 and 19, told DHS their father had forced them to do the same when they were younger. Both girls said the incidents stopped when they turned 11, the documents read.
After receiving the DHS report, a search warrant was obtained. OSBI discovered 449 pornographic images on Miller's computer.
Miller, 43, told Harrah Police his son had walked in on him several times while he looked at pornography and admitted to continuing to pleasure himself on at least one occasion. Miller told police his daughters had also walked in on him, causing him to be more discreet as they were "becoming too curious."
