Art, live music and children's activities, including the KidZone, will be part of Mayfest, Thursday through Sunday, on Main Street between Third and Sixth streets in downtown Tulsa.
All concerts and art exhibits are free and open to the public. Festival hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.
Also set for this weekend is the ninth-annual Blue Dome Arts Festival The arts and music event features locals only, Friday through Sunday in the Blue Dome District. Hours are 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
More than 200 booths filled with all forms of local art, food vendors and live music will be part of the event. An Art Car Parade will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, the Deco District will open up Boston Avenue from Fourth to Sixth streets for Chalkfest, which lets youth and adults participate in chalk art contests. Watch high school students compete from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., adults from 1-5 p.m. and pros from 2-6 p.m. Each contestant gets a 10-foot by 10-foot square to work with. Winners will be announced at 7 p.m. Saturday. Music and dancing will also be part of the event.
